Hi there, We would like to let you know about our wedding in September. We met over 2 years ago via the website and have not looked back since. We will spare you the details, but its enough to know that we owe a portion of our happiness, to the good people at maybefriends, who made it easy to meet. We both lived hectic and busy lives and we only lived a few kms apart..... So without your site, it could have been a quiet September this year....Best wishes to everyone who is giving it a go. Hi Maybefriends

Just wanted to let you know that I met the man of my dreams through Maybefriends. I had been single for a while going from one disastrous relationship to another. A guy in work recommended Maybefriends to me. He had another friend who had met someone through the site adn I know someone else who had 2 other friends who had met people through the site. I was very sceptical about it, afraid I'd meet pervie weirdos, but I was pleasantly surprised. I joined a the end of January 2007 adn I got talking to a couple of guys but only met one and he turned out to be the one. I was Josie on the site and he was TIM4U. We met for our first date on 18th February 2007 and we got engaged on Christmas Day 2007. We're getting married on 11th September 2008. He is just brilliant and the longer I know him, the better I know him, the more I love him. I feel extremely lucky to have met him.

I have an 8 year old daughter from a runaway Dad and she gets on fantastically with my fiance and vice versa. As soon as we got engaged she wanted to call him Daddy. There was a day in school she came running to the father of one of her friends in school and she asked him if he'd heard what surprise she got for Christmas. He was expecting her to say a Nintendo DS or something like that. But she said that she got a Daddy. So we're all bursting with happingess. Thanks to Maybefriends. If anyone is unsure about whether to try Maybefriends or not, go for it!!!! You've nothing to lose and so much to gain. It's worth it. Well it certainly was for me.

Just to let you know that thanks to Maybefriends I met an absolutely brillant guy.  We e-mailed and texted for four weeks and then finally met up, and from day one it was like as if we knew each other for ever. We are going out together for a little over 1.5 years and are now in the process of buying a house together and looking forward to a wonderful future. I highly recommend the site, take the plunge and join up to Maybefriends it is money well spent… well it was for us!!
MAYBEFRIENDS WEDDING NUMBER 67? Hi there, just to let you know that Maybefriends will be responsible partly for another wedding in June 2008. Yes, Weddings Bells will be ringing next summer when GentleGiant,me, will be jumping the broom, lol, with Blondie... After having chatted for a good few weeks we finally met up March 5th, 2006 in the Millhouse Pub, Kilmacud...!!.I'm from Stillorgan and Denise from Kilpedder, Co. Wicklow...Sparks flew and it wasn't long before we were a couple!! lol...Now 12 months on we're getting engaged in August and Our Big Day next June..!! All my single friends are still in amazement that I did it but I am not really a pub nightclub kinda girl so I thought this was perfect for me, I remember when I admitted to my mam how me met she was shocked and said "sure he could have been a weirdo" to which my dad replied "sure the pubs now days are full of weirdos" and "sure isn't he a great lad and look how he treats our baby"
